Asset Protection Specialist
About The Position
As an Asset Protection Specialist, no two days are ever the same! You'll help protect our people, products, and profits by identifying opportunities to reduce theft, fraud, and operational loss. Using observation skills, technology, and strong partnerships with store leadership, you'll help support a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for our customers and associates. You'll monitor store activity, support investigations, identify potential risks, and take appropriate action in accordance with company policy and applicable laws. Success in this role comes from sound judgment, attention to detail, strong communication, and a passion for helping others. Requirements
- 18 years of age or older.
- Experience in retail, customer service, leadership, asset protection, loss prevention, security, military, investigations, or other related fields.
- Strong observation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in fast-paced situations.
- Enjoy building relationships and working with a variety of people.
- Prioritize the safety and well-being of yourself and others.
- Take pride in your work and approach challenges with a positive attitude.
- Comfortable working in a variety of environments, both inside and outside the store.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in Asset Protection or Loss Prevention.
- Experience identifying theft, fraud, safety, or compliance concerns.
- Experience working with CCTV, investigations, reporting tools, or retail operations.
