This role drives sales through effective merchandise presentation, leads and develops teams, models exceptional customer service, provides supervision and development for hourly associates, controls merchandise loss, improves profitability, detects, deters, investigates, and resolves violations of company policies and criminal activities. It also monitors safety and risk controls, manages facility-level training for asset protection, safety, claims, and receiving procedures, and oversees claims and receiving operations.
