About The Position

The AP Operations Analyst supports Asset Protection operations through a combination of analytics, project management, investigative support, and technology oversight. This role is responsible for driving execution of key AP initiatives while supporting corporate and field investigations through data analysis, reporting, and case coordination.

Requirements

  • Bachelors/4 Yr Degree
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience
  • Sound business judgment.
  • Handle challenges in a timely manner and ensure project outcomes meet stakeholder needs and expectations.
  • Develop and manage communications strategies and plans.
  • Advocate change by identifying process improvement opportunities and sponsoring change initiatives.
  • Demonstrated expertise with Word, Excel and other MS Office suite applications.
  • Excellent Communication skills and ability to research and resolve problems.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and work with minimal direction.
  • Good understanding of intra-department functions and operations.

Responsibilities

  • Support AP and Franchising Department in Background reviews for incoming Franchisees and Multiple applicants as part of Quality Assurance Process.
  • Support Asset Protection projects, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery of purchase orders.
  • Invoice processing of AP related vendors and services.
  • Support of field AP in product protection ordering and equipment procurement.
  • Review, research and resolve store AP billing disputes.
  • Analyze data to identify trends in shrink, fraud, and operational risk.
  • Support investigations through transaction analysis, data mining, and research.
  • Assist in case development, documentation, and evidence tracking.
  • Utilize CCTV and POS systems to validate incidents and support findings.
  • Partner with Corporate Investigators and field teams on active cases.
  • Track and manage investigation workflows and case logs.
  • Support technology deployments and troubleshooting with IT and vendors.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and support strategic initiatives.
  • Communicate updates and insights to leadership and stakeholders.
