About The Position

The Asset Protection Manager is responsible for leading all loss prevention and security initiatives within a designated supply chain center. This role ensures the protection of company assets, minimizes shrink, and supports operational excellence through proactive risk mitigation and investigative strategies.

Requirements

Associates Degree in Criminal Justice or Business Administration; or relevant experience
5 - 7 years of loss prevention, security, or safety experience
Strong analytical and computer skills.
Must be able to understand written and oral directions in English
Must be able to write in English
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time
Ability to manipulate a keyboard for extended periods of time
Climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl
Ability to use a computer for extended periods of time
Lift freight and other objects of various shapes, sizes and weights up to 50 pounds

Nice To Haves

first aid/ CPR/ AED training
Certification in LP (e.g., LPC, CFI)
Working knowledge of security equipment preferred (CCTV, alarm systems, and access control)

Responsibilities

Collaborate with supply chain leadership to align AP strategies with business goals.
Foster cross-functional partnerships with operations, and HR IT teams.
Develop and implement strategies to reduce shrink, theft, and fraud.
Provide guidance on inventory accuracy and audit processes.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures related to loss prevention.
Conduct internal investigations and partner with HR and legal as needed.
Monitor incident trends and develop action plans to address vulnerabilities.
Supervise and develop AP staff, including training, coaching, and performance management.
Monitor KPIs related to shrink and incident trends; report findings to senior leadership.
Adapt AP strategies to evolving business needs and operational changes.
Respond promptly to incidents and provide on-site support when necessary.
