About The Position

The Asset Protection Assistant Manager for the Maison Madison Flagship Boutique will be responsible for the effective implementation of the overall Asset Protection program. This role requires partnership and timely communication with Maison Madison Management, the Senior Regional Asset Protection Manager, corporate Asset Protection, and the Asset Protection Director. The Assistant Manager will consistently take measures to mitigate internal and external safety concerns through appropriate and effective training. Daily responsibilities include management of vendor guards, including scheduling, maintenance of all AP related equipment, and management of all Asset Protection aspects involving store events.

Requirements

  • 4-5 years AP Management experience in a luxury setting.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the Asset Protection Program in the Maison Madison Flagship Boutique within the respective market.
  • Conducts Physical Security/Asset Protection trainings in partnership with boutique and Sr. RAPM that includes but not limited to: Active Shooter, Armed Robbery, Alarm Response, Safety Compliance & Policy/Procedures.
  • Oversees fire safety program including, but not limited to egress safety, review of ERP plan, emergency evacuation drills.
  • Conducts inspection of fire safety equipment and logs.
  • Investigates losses based on theft, cycle counts, inventory and transportation.
  • Supports Asset Protection Manager in training initiatives and investigations.
  • Plays an active role in investigating all internal and external investigations, and supports Asset Protection Manager in taking appropriate action based on investigation results.
  • Partners with local Law Enforcement to report any instances of potential external threat.
  • Provides leadership, coaching and development of AP Supervisors and Specialists within the boutique.
  • Supervises vendor guards and direct reports where applicable.
  • Conducts training of internal team and vendor guards.
  • Maintains highly organized AP documentation.
  • Conducts boutique security assessment using AP Checklist.
  • Ensures consistent functionality of all AP equipment in location of responsibility.
  • Manages vendor related concerns.
  • Maintains open flexibility.
