Requirements

• A Master’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance/Financial Analysis.
• 2 yrs. of exp. as an Asset Manager, Corporate Development Analyst, or Financial Analyst in real estate or financial industry in asset management & corporate development operations.
• Must have experience in developing financial modelling & debt models.

Responsibilities

• Manage & maintain multi-family residential portfolios including data analysis, lease pricing, renewal pricing, resident outreach, & new acquisition diligence.
• Lead the development of asset plans, capital & operating budgets, & reforecast reviews for assigned assets.
• Develop advanced financial statistical debt models for risk management, asset optimization, pricing, or relative value analysis.
• Use quantitative & analytical analysis.
• Evaluate start-ups & identify their capabilities.
