About The Position
Manage and maintain multi-family residential portfolios including data analysis, lease pricing, renewal pricing, resident outreach, and new acquisition diligence. Lead the development of asset plans, capital and operating budgets, and reforecast reviews for assigned assets. Develop advanced financial statistical debt models for risk management, asset optimization, pricing, or relative value analysis. Use quantitative and analytical analysis. Evaluate start-ups and identify their capabilities.
Requirements
- A Master’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance/Financial Analysis
- 2 years of experience as an Asset Manager, Corporate Development Analyst, or Financial Analyst in real estate or financial industry in asset management & corporate development operations
- Experience in developing financial modelling & debt models
