Requirements

  • 2–3 years in property management (multifamily or mixed portfolio); Community Manager experience strongly preferred.

  • Process‑ and analytics‑oriented; able to design controls, organise workflows, and follow through.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency (formulas, PivotTables, dashboards).
  • Solid understanding of accounting and budgeting fundamentals.
  • Professional presence with clear, concise written and verbal communication.
  • Driver's licence, reliable transportation, and ability to travel routinely across Texas metros.
  • Strong work ethic: proactive, hands‑on, and willing to do the work required to deliver results.
  • Able to lead a team and create buy-in from subordinates and partners.

Responsibilities

  • Delegate daily tasks to field teams and third‑party vendors; track work to closure with clear SLAs.
  • Support onboarding, coaching, and performance feedback for coordinators, leasing, and administrative staff.
  • Analyze performance data across offshore and field teams; flag underperformance and risks early.
  • Conduct regular asset and portfolio reviews to ensure brand standards, safety and operational readiness.
  • Coordinate operations, maintenance workflows, and vendor activities; establish checks and balances to prevent misses.
  • Audit team workflows and recommend or implement efficiency improvements.
  • Support escalations, resolve service issues promptly, and maintain professional, empathetic communication.
  • Partner with ownership and internal stakeholders to ensure service delivery aligns with expectations.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis; monitor AR/AP, AR trends, and expense controls.
  • Build and maintain Excel or Google Sheets trackers and dashboards (e.g., formulas, PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) to monitor KPIs and work intake through completion.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with red/yellow/green status tracking.
  • Prepare financial and AM reports weekly/montly for ownership stakeholders.
  • Uphold company policies.
  • Maintain accurate logs, reports, and audit‑ready documentation.
  • Update SOP and documentation as and when needed.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs) across departments, ensuring processes are documented, scalable, and continuously improved.
  • Map processes end‑to‑end, identify bottlenecks, implement SOPs and checklists, and measure results.
  • Coordinate with US leadership to align metrics, reporting, and strategic objectives.
  • Support execution of strategic initiatives and track accountability across teams.
