The Asset Manager, also known as the Quartermaster, is responsible for creating, implementing, and maintaining an enterprise-wide asset management and inventory control program for Enterprise Management Solutions, LLC and affiliated operations. This position serves as the central authority for asset accountability, inventory accuracy, asset custody, issuance, transfers, returns, disposal, reporting, and audit readiness. The Asset Manager will establish asset control systems, conduct physical inventories, implement tagging procedures, maintain accurate asset records, and ensure company property is tracked and managed throughout its lifecycle. The Asset Manager works closely with Accounting & Finance, Procurement, Facilities, Information Technology, Compliance, department leaders, temporary inventory staff, Virtual Assistants, and executive leadership to support asset visibility, financial reporting, capital planning, insurance documentation, and operational accountability.
