About The Position

RGroup Realty has an opening for a Real Estate Asset Manager for Central Tucson. This role operates under a next-generation Asset Manager model where licensed professionals strategically oversee real estate portfolios. The position offers a blend of predictable recurring income and transactional upside, with the opportunity to develop long-term investor relationships that generate transactional opportunities. This is a business-within-a-business structure where the Asset Manager is paid to protect asset value and drive performance. Maintenance coordination and repetitive administrative tasks are systemized through automation and AI to allow the Asset Manager to focus on high-value decisions and strategic control.

Requirements

  • Active Arizona Real Estate License (required)
  • Member in good standing with local real estate association and MLS
  • Comfortable with CRM systems and digital workflows

Responsibilities

  • Protect asset value and drive performance.
  • Conduct quarterly property inspections (zInspector) and drive-by monitoring.
  • Identify and escalate risks.
  • Conduct monthly strategy calls and annual performance reviews with landlords.
  • Provide guidance on rental positioning and retention.
  • Monitor renewals proactively.
  • Stabilize occupancy.
  • Oversee tenant relationships.
