About The Position

The Asset Manager Platform Enablement Coordinator is the inside operator for BDIM's Model Marketplace. This role focuses on making each partner real on the platform by ensuring they are onboarded cleanly, configured correctly in the Model Marketplace Administrative UX (MMADMIN), supplied with current content, and supported once RIAs begin subscribing to their models. The goal is to scale the Model Marketplace by reducing the cost of adding and maintaining managers through disciplined use of tooling, a repeatable onboarding playbook, and a single point of accountability for operational and content work. The coordinator will be the most fluent user of MMADMIN and a reliable point of contact for managers and subscribing RIAs.

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years in asset management operations, TAMP or platform operations, marketing operations, or client service in wealth management.
  • Working knowledge of SMA and model delivery basics.
  • Demonstrated comfort as a power user of administrative software: configuration, data hygiene, exception handling, and the discipline to document processes.
  • Clear, precise writing skills for editing manager collateral and writing RIA-facing material.
  • Strong project coordination skills to manage multiple onboardings in parallel.
  • Familiarity with marketing compliance review processes for investment content.
  • Builder temperament: willingness to help write the playbook for a new role and platform.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Black Diamond.
  • Experience with a CRM such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Basic data skills (Excel at a minimum; SQL is a plus).

Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain manager, strategy, and model records in MMADMIN, including profiles, model definitions, fee schedules, minimums, entitlements, and marketplace visibility.
  • Monitor model update and rebalance workflows, exception queues, and data quality across the marketplace, resolving issues at the admin layer and escalating what cannot be resolved.
  • Manage the RIA subscription lifecycle from request through activation, changes, and offboarding.
  • Document administrative procedures and maintain the runbook for consistent marketplace operation.
  • Serve as the primary feedback channel to Product and Engineering, logging defects, prioritizing enhancement requests, and participating in acceptance testing of MMADMIN releases.
  • Execute the onboarding checklist end-to-end for new partners across SMA and ETF/Mutual Fund programs.
  • Coordinate the cross-functional onboarding sequence, including contract execution, Manager Research due diligence, model delivery and data feed setup, trading and operations readiness, marketplace listing, and go-live sign-off.
  • Track time-to-onboard and identify root causes for delays, aiming to improve the standard process.
  • Build and maintain the manager-facing onboarding kit.
  • Collect, standardize, and version manager collateral for the marketplace, including fact sheets, commentary, pitch decks, performance disclosures, and listing copy.
  • Route all manager and co-branded content through Compliance review and maintain the audit trail.
  • Keep marketplace content current by tracking refresh cadences, chasing stale material, and reporting content freshness.
  • Assemble wholesaler enablement kits with the Relationship Manager.
  • Coordinate the joint marketing calendar with partners, including webinars, conference presence, co-marketing campaigns, and platform announcements.
  • Act as first-line support for RIAs subscribing to marketplace models, addressing questions about subscriptions, model availability, content, and workflows.
  • Deliver and maintain RIA-facing training material on discovering, evaluating, and subscribing to models.
  • Capture RIA feedback on managers, content, and platform experience and relay it to relevant teams.
  • Maintain the partner pipeline and onboarding status in the CRM and produce weekly partnership status reports.
  • Prepare partner meeting materials, follow-up items, and program reporting.
  • Handle recurring partner correspondence and requests.
