About The Position

Employee will enter MEP equipment specifications into CMMS tooling. Data entries include Site, Room Location, Build ID, application and data entry of barcode Asset Tag ID , Manufacturer, Model, Serial Number and Tag Plate ID. The majority of equipment details exist within the tooling dropdown selection. If a new manufacturer/model of equipment is identified during the collection process, then an asset category will need to be assigned to the model. Asset collection performed by the employee will be reviewed by CMMS Engineer prior to upload into the CMMS system to ensure data accuracy. Employees will also be required to perform equipment audits. This will involve scanning existing asset tag IDs into CMMS audit tooling to validate the asset specifications as listed above and provide any updates required. If any new equipment is identified during the site audit, the equipment will be gathered as per process listed above.

Requirements

Experience with CMMS/EAM platforms (or comparable asset/maintenance management systems)
Comfort with data tools — Excel, SQL, dashboards/reporting
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to follow structured procedures and self-manage a task backlog

Responsibilities
