This is an open position with FirstEnergy Service Co., a subsidiary of FirstEnergy Corp. All employees who apply for a posted position must notify their supervisors that they have applied. The Cascade Administration team operates within FirstEnergy’s Asset Management and Records Control (AMRC) department, supporting Transmission and Distribution by managing and configuring the Cascade asset management application. This group is responsible for application administration, including system configurations, user access, and integration coordination, to enable compliance, reliability, and asset management activities. Additional responsibilities include overseeing software upgrades, collaborating with IT and vendors, and maintaining documentation and training resources. This is a full-time, on-site position located at any FirstEnergy location (OH, PA, WV, NJ).
