As an Asset Management Program Manager / Senior Project Manager within Orbital’s Asset Integrity business unit, you will lead multi-year, multi-site inspection and asset management programs for industrial clients, with an emphasis on Manufacturing & Specialty Chemicals. You will own program execution, client coordination, and continuous improvement while managing the scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety of assigned inspection projects and asset management activities. You will work alongside engineering teams to share inspection findings, coordinate interfaces, and support client planning. The position is primarily remote-based, with a mix of in-office work, periodic visits to client facilities, and occasional travel to support the program. The job is described as on-site and hybrid/remote, with location and compensation potentially varying by candidate location. The role leads inspection and asset management programs across multiple facilities; serves as the primary client contact; guides inspection strategies, risk-based prioritization, and program improvements; and provides asset condition information to support repair and capital planning. It also manages concurrent projects and program activities, coordinates staff and subcontractors, reviews deliverables, supports quality and continuous improvement, develops client relationships, and contributes scopes, execution strategies, schedules, cost estimates, and program information for proposals. The manager hires, supervises, and develops inspection and asset management staff.
