About The Position

The Asset Intelligence Analyst is a desk-based, early-career role designed for a technically minded professional who thrives on data, not travel. You will sit at the critical intersection between our field assessment teams and our enterprise clients, transforming raw asset data into clean, validated, audit-ready datasets that power capital planning, CMMS integration, and portfolio-level decision-making. The CRE industry's largest firms are investing heavily in dedicated asset data and intelligence teams to meet growing client demand for high-confidence, analytics-ready deliverables. Partner is building the same capability in-house.

  • 0–3 years of experience; internship or coursework in building systems, asset management, or data analysis is a strong plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, conditional formatting); Python or SQL experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, building envelope) and/or industry standards (ASTM E2018, Uniformat II, OmniClass).
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple datasets simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting data findings to project teams and clients.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak & comprehend English
  • Must be able to communicate clearly in person and over the telephone

  • Perform data validation, cross-referencing, and enrichment — including Uniformat/OmniClass classification mapping, useful life alignment, and cost benchmarking (RS Means, CostLab).
  • Develop and maintain repeatable data cleaning workflows via Ai Agent development using Excel, Python, or similar tools to ensure consistency and scalability across programs.
  • Collaborate with field engineers and project managers to resolve data gaps, flag anomalies, and ensure completeness prior to client delivery.
  • Support integration of asset datasets into client CMMS/IWMS platforms (e.g., AkitaBox, Archibus, Maximo) by aligning data schemas and taxonomies.
