About The Position
The Asset Coordinator is the core of auction operations. They document auction items to prepare for sale and work on-site after the sale to ensure both sellers and buyers have a positive experience.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be proficient with extensive use of modern technology, including AI-assisted tools, in daily job functions
- Attention to detail
- Written communication
- Multi-tasking
- Customer service
- Time management
- Ability to utilize technology to identify assets when needed
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of farm/heavy equipment is helpful
Responsibilities
- Organizing and tagging items for sale
- Taking photos and uploading to auction platform
- Creating accurate and detailed descriptions of items for sale
- Help customers locate their purchases
- Assist in loading and unloading of auction items during pick-up
- Act as cashier at off-site pick-up
- Be visible during an open house, providing service to customers as needed
- Must be proficient with extensive use of modern technology, including AI-assisted tools, in daily job functions
- All duties as assigned
