About The Position

The Asset Control Analyst will resolve data discrepancies and perform accounting adjustments in the cylinder tracking program and JD Edwards ERP system. This role involves documenting best practices and standard operating procedures to enhance process clarity, and identifying and implementing opportunities to improve the cylinder tracking process. The analyst will maintain data integrity within the cylinder tracking system, provide support and expertise on the cylinder tracking program, handheld device functionality, and JD Edwards implementation and administration, and manage spending and inventory levels related to cylinder tracking materials. Collaboration with branches and users is expected to ensure compliance with cylinder tracking requirements. The role also includes creating and delivering key performance metrics to operations regarding compliance with the cylinder tracking program. Responsibilities also include performing physical cylinder audits at customer sites, managing and resolving cylinder balances within JD Edwards and the cylinder tracking program, and understanding and supporting order to cash business processes and system interactions. Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree preferred
  • 2 to 4 years of relevant business experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel with attention to detail
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders effectively
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and maintaining accuracy
  • Willingness to travel up to 10 percent as required

  • Understand and support order to cash business processes and system interactions
