Job Summary In accordance with Federal Transit Administration (FTA) Transit Asset Management (TAM) requirements (49 CFR 625, 630, and 673), the Asset Analytics Manager leads the data analytics, and reporting activities, supporting the MBTA Asset Management Program. The position is responsible for transforming asset, maintenance, operational, financial, and condition data into meaningful insights that support lifecycle management, capital investment, maintenance optimization, regulatory reporting, and executive decision-making. The role develops reporting strategies, analytical frameworks, dashboards, and performance metrics that improve the accessibility, quality, and usability of information used throughout the Authority. Working collaboratively with Asset Information, Asset Planning, Engineering, Operations, Capital Delivery, Information Technology, Finance, and Enterprise Asset Management System (EAMS) teams, the Asset Analytics Manager advances a data-driven Asset Management Program through analytics strategies, predictive analytics, performance reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
