Your Role at Sana Lake Sana Lake is expanding rapidly and is seeking an Assessment Therapist who is passionate about helping individuals and families recover! The Assessment Therapist is responsible for performing a wide variety of member care activities as directed by the Executive Director of Clinical Operations and/or the Clinical Supervisor. The Assessment Therapist's primary purpose will be to conduct psychosocial and bio-psychosocial assessments and develop a diagnosis from the information gathered in the assessment. He/she will collaborate with the Treatment Team to formulate the Master Treatment Plan. The Assessment Therapist has responsibility for creating a welcoming environment and first impression of Sana Lake. The Assessment Therapist will be responsible for maintaining communication between treatment team members, family, referral sources, and other service providers as needed. Provide individual, family, and group therapy as needed.

Requirements

  • License or Provisional License to practice clinical discipline in Missouri (i.e., LCSW, LMSW, LPS, provisionally licensed counselor) or CACD/CRACD preferred
  • Master's degree in social work, professional counseling, psychology, or related human services field
  • 1 year of work experience in the mental health and substance use field preferred
  • Familiarity with electronic health records
  • Completion of pre-employment screening
  • Verification of education and licensure, when applicable
  • Satisfactory employment and/or reference checks

Responsibilities
