The Assessment Manager, RAFT, will provide support and work collaboratively with the HCEC Director, HCEC Intake Supervisor, Financial Assistance Coordinator, and team by overseeing all file processing for financial assistance. This role is responsible for weekly case reviews to determine file closure, ineligible cases, and cases to be approved. The Assessment Manager will ensure HCEC compliance with E2E/HAPPY data requirements for the provision of all homelessness prevention grants. Responsibilities include overseeing and providing support to Assessment Specialists during the file process, troubleshooting client and landlord issues, and continuously working on improving the efficiency of HCEC's file process protocols in accordance with DHCD's rules and regulations.
