The Assessment and Accreditation Specialist serves as the primary analyst supporting academic program evaluation, student outcomes assessment, and data-informed decision making within the College of Osteopathic Medicine. The Specialist identifies creative solutions and incorporates new processes to improve data collection and data analysis. This position develops reports and analytical models to support academic planning, program assessment, enrollment management, and program effectiveness. The Specialist works internally with other divisions in the College of Medicine and the University. This position serves as the functional expert on academic data systems and research methodology, utilizing analytical capabilities to support both efficient internal academic processes and evidence-based strategies for student success and program improvement. The Specialist is under the direction of the Assistant Dean of Assessment and Accreditation. Responsible for all functions 8 hours/day, 5 days/week. Incumbents are subject to hours beyond the normal workday.
