The Assessment Analyst provides analytical and advisory support to the Joint Enabling Capabilities Command (JECC) campaign planning and assessment process, ensuring alignment with the JECC Campaign Plan (CP) and higher-level strategic guidance, including the National Security Strategy, Unified Command Plan, National Defense Strategy, and other relevant plans and directives. This role supports development of assessment plans for Operations, Activities, and Investments (OAIs); identifying objectives, key indicators, and measures of effectiveness and performance, while conducting weekly data quality assurance monitoring and recommending corrective actions for JECC data platform submissions. The analyst incorporates Lessons Learned, After Action Reports, Trip Reports, and Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS) submissions into the assessment cycle, collects and analyzes information from internal and external sources, and produces draft monthly and annual assessments, trend analyses, and recommendations for each JECC CP Line of Effort. Additionally, this position supports development of USTRANSCOM Campaign Plan assessments and related products, prepares briefing materials and Task Management Tool (TMT) responses, and serves as a subject matter expert representing JECC at strategy forums, planning events, war games, exercises, and conferences consolidating strategic lessons learned into information papers and presentations to inform the joint force on the current and future state of the joint enterprise.
