About The Position

Join the production team in Ashland and help maintain facility safety, quality, and productivity standards. The role involves inspecting and packing tubes, managing scrap, efficiency, and product quality, and setting up and operating the probe assembly station and supporting equipment according to product specifications and schedule. Assemble raw tubes to probe caps by hand, following alignment and quality specifications. Ensure accurate box counts, secure and label boxes correctly, and palletize completed products. Coordinate with material handlers to move finished products and unused materials to the warehouse drop area. Uphold quality standards, report defective products to the Shift Leader, complete documentation accurately, and train new team members in proper tube evaluation and packing.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Time management skills.
• Attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

• Pallet jack/tow motor experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Oracle/WMS knowledge.

Responsibilities
