About The Position
Volt is immediately hiring Assembly Workers in Simpsonville, SC. This is a full-time, temp to hire opportunity. As an Assembly Worker, you will operate equipment necessary to manufacture customer products, monitor the quality of product being produced, complete production paperwork, and maintain a safe and clean working environment. You will also be responsible for filling out your productivity sheet and shipping tag legibly.
Requirements
- Knowledge of hand tools and tape measure.
- Experience in production environment with building or construction.
- Ability to stand for 8 hours
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Responsibilities
- Operate equipment necessary to manufacture customer products. Equipment can include saws, nail guns, staplers, hammer, band cutters, bander, pallet jack, and tape measure
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Monitor quality of product being produced and notifies the lead or supervisor of any issues
- Complete production paperwork as required, accurately, and completely
- Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with verbal and written procedures, rules, and regulations throughout shift
- Fill out your productivity sheet and shipping tag legibly
