About The Position

Volt is hiring Assembly Workers on all shifts in Rogers, MN. This is a Full Time, long term opportunity. As an assembly worker, you will prep and assemble parts in a manufacturing environment, perform all quality checks on inventory/parts prior to assembly, and construct small machines while following instructions.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have a high school diploma or GED
• Follow written and verbal instructions
• Hand/Eye coordination
• Fine motor skills for repetitive tasks
• Ability to stand, twist, squat, push, pull and lift up to 45lbs
• Able to use power tools
• Meet all pre-screening eligibility requirements

• Manufacturing experience
• Mechanical experience
• Production Blueprint knowledge
• Forklift experience
• Industrial Painter experience

Responsibilities
