About The Position

We are looking for self-motivated and safety-conscious candidates who would like to join our production team in our Buckeye, AZ location! New employees can earn $56K in total compensation when working at Canam Steel Corp for a 40-50 hour work week. This includes the base rate, shift differential, overtime, retention and production bonuses. There are additional ways to earn including referral bonuses and mentoring incentives. Position is full-time with benefits! The Assembly Worker is responsible for assembling products according to specifications and quality standards.

Requirements

No experience necessary. On the job training provided.
Manufacturing experience preferred.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out written and oral instructions.

Responsibilities

Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Assemble components according to engineering specifications.
Use hand tools, power tools, and other manufacturing equipment to assemble products.
Configure jigs.
Tack welds or clamps parts into position.
Conduct quality checks on assembled products.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Adhere to safety protocols.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Regular, reliable, punctual and consistent attendance.
Must be able to work regular and/or flexible hours or shifts, overtime, weekends as required.
