About The Position

This role involves using a variety of hand and power tools to correctly assemble products according to production guidelines. The position requires performing spot checks to ensure quality standards are met, reporting any issues with quality, equipment, or materials to supervisors, and maintaining an organized work area. Additionally, the role requires completing all documents accurately, adhering to 5S standards for workplace cleanliness, and following all Safety, Environmental, and Quality policies and procedures. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

• Perform work under direct supervision
• Handle basic issues and problems and refer more complex issues to higher-level staff
• Possess beginning to working knowledge of subject matter
• 0 to 2 years of experience
• Ability to interpret work instructions
• Ability to follow written and verbal directions
• Basic verbal and written communication skills
• Manual dexterity

Responsibilities

• Assemble assigned product parts in accordance with production guidelines
• Perform spot checks of products to ensure the standard of quality is maintained
• Report problems with quality, equipment and material to supervisors
• Maintain an organized work area
• Complete all documents fully and accurately
• Adhere to 5S standards (e.g., maintain cleanliness of work area, etc.)
• Follow all Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned
