About The Position
Join our manufacturing team as a full-time Assembly Worker. You will fill and assemble high-quality pillows in a fast-paced plant. We provide comprehensive training on all assembly processes and safety protocols.
Requirements
- Prior experience working in a team assembly environment.
- Ability to stand for the duration of an 8-hour shift.
- Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to lift-up to twenty-five (25) pounds.
- Reliable transportation to ensure punctual shift attendance.
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
Responsibilities
- Fill pillow shells with designated stuffing materials.
- Operate assembly machinery and tools safely.
- Finish assembled pillows.
- Inspect finished products for quality defects.
- Pack completed pillows into shipping boxes.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Follow all company health and safety protocols.
- Other production related duties as needed and assigned by management.
