Requirements

6+ years of experience in assembly and testing roles within aerospace or related manufacturing environments.
Strong knowledge of aerospace assembly processes, testing procedures, and quality standards.
Proficiency in using test equipment, diagnostic tools, and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
Experience with electronic and mechanical component assembly and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with safety protocols and regulatory compliance in aerospace manufacturing.

Nice To Haves

Associate degree or technical certification in Electronics, Mechanical Technology, or related field.
Experience working in aerospace manufacturing or similar high-reliability industries.
Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
Ability to read and interpret complex technical documentation and schematics.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Perform assembly of aerospace components and systems according to engineering specifications and work instructions.
Conduct functional and performance testing on assembled products to verify compliance with quality standards.
Identify and troubleshoot issues during assembly and testing, ensuring timely resolution to maintain production schedules.
Maintain accurate documentation of assembly and test results in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.
