A gritty, hard-working, never-give-up, ready to have a good time kind of people. The assembly technician is responsible for weighing, trimming, and removing buds from plant stems. This individual is required to meet daily and monthly production quotas and work a flexible schedule.
Requirements
- Attention to detail and precision.
- Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to acquire and maintain a Facility Agent Card through the state.

- Flexible scheduling with the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Responsibilities
- Trim flowers/buds by hand and/or using trimming or sorting equipment.
- Inspect flowers/buds for quality, pests, and diseases, and remove any unusable material.
- Meet daily/monthly production goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including tools and equipment.
- Follow directions from management.
- Weigh Products.
- Following all safety and compliance regulations related to cannabis handling and processing.
- Remove buds from plant stems.
- Report any known issues or concerns.
- Assist with harvesting and processing cannabis plants.
- Packaging and labeling cannabis products.
- Maintaining records and logs.
