Requirements

Mechanical aptitude
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stay active throughout the day.
A desire to earn more through performance.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between nearby store locations if required.
Must possess a valid driver's license, meet the requirements to pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) check, and carry/maintain auto insurance that meets the minimum coverage requirements as defined by T-ROC.
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening in accordance with company policy and applicable law.

Nice To Haves

Experience with tools or tinkering a big plus.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

Assemble bikes, grills, furniture, and other retail products accurately and efficiently.
Troubleshoot issues and produce high‑quality finished builds.
Use hand tools and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
Work independently inside major retail stores.
Hit daily productivity goals…and earn commission accordingly!
Provide friendly, professional interactions with store teams and staff.
