About The Position

Carolinas Staffing is looking for Assembly Technicians in Leland, NC! This role involves using a variety of hand & power tools, fixtures, work instructions, and test equipment to perform a series of operations to correctly assemble/test various devices.

Requirements

• Be able to pass a background check and drug test.
• Ability to read and comprehend procedures and prints written in English.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs.
• Must be able to wear required Personal Protective equipment (PPE) for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures.
• Comply with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements per the Quality System.
• Completes all administrative functions relating to business or regulatory requirements.
• Report problems with quality, processes, equipment, and materials to Lead or Production Supervisor.
• Provide hands-on job function training to coworkers as needed.
