About The Position

As an Assembler at Pentagon, you will be primarily focused on the rapid building of high-quality detailed assemblies. The hours for this role are Mon-Fri 5:00am-1:30pm, with weekends as needed.

Requirements

Minimum of 1-year experience in manufacturing assembly
Fluent in English with good communication.
Capable of following detailed procedures for hand assembly
Must be a self-starter that can work independently without much supervision
Work well as a team player with a positive “can do” attitude
Independent worker that can follow detailed instructions with limited oversight
Must pass Company required screening tests and be able to work in a clean room for up to 4 hours (including cleanroom suit, mask, hair net, etc).
The employee is regularly required to sit and stand, reach with hands and arms and perform assembly work.
Should be able to pick-up 50 lbs during normal job activity.
Must have strong hand strength for wire crimping and routing electrical assemblies.

Nice To Haves

Electrical assembly and reading schematic experience are a plus
Experience working in clean rooms is a plus
Soldering skills a plus

Responsibilities

Following a detailed procedure, you will be responsible for the inspection of parts, kitting parts, and assembly of a complex mechanism using hand tools
You will record data, complete the final test of the assembly, and oversee the cleaning and packaging of the assembly.
Maintain high productivity
Manufacture high quality assemblies
Maintains a clean, organized safe work environment
Employee will be trained in, and is to follow and lead by example, all general safety requirements of Pentagon Technologies as well as specific safety regulatory requirements.
