About The Position

We are looking to grow our Assembly team with a reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Technician. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys hands-on work and thrives in a dynamic environment where they can rotate through a variety of assembly tasks. You’ll play a key role in helping us meet our customers’ expectations by assembling quality components with care and consistency.

Requirements

Ability to lift 10–20 lbs regularly and up to 40 lbs occasionally.
Physically able to stand, twist, and bend for extended periods.
Willingness to learn to read blueprints and follow inspection procedures.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Dependable, adaptable, and open to feedback and growth.

Manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Assemble components accurately and efficiently, according to work instructions and quality standards.
Rotate between various assembly tasks as needed.
Work collaboratively with team members and independently when required.
Assist in set-ups for assemblies and remain open to learning new assembly techniques.
Follow production schedules and meet established targets to ensure timely delivery to customers.
Inspect parts during and after assembly to ensure conformance to specifications.
Practice good stewardship of tools, equipment, parts, and team relationships.
Contribute to a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
