About The Position
Assembly Technician Location: Jamestown, NY Number of Openings: 2 Job Type: Contract to Permanent Salary: $16 per hour
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and teamwork attitude.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with military hardware assembly is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assemble components and products with precision and attention to detail.
- Follow assembly instructions, safety protocols, and quality control processes.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Collaborate with team members to improve assembly processes and efficiency.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors.
