About The Position

Pronto Staffing is seeking a skilled Assembly Technician for a busy manufacturing team in Denton, TX. In this role, you will assemble parts and equipment using hand and power tools. We are looking for a detail-oriented team member with strong mechanical skills who can read instructions and build quality products safely. This is a temp-to-hire position with a day shift schedule, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, with overtime required as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and technical drawings
• Must speak, read, and write in English
• Background check and drug screening may be required

Nice To Haves

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and basic math skills
• Forklift experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts and materials into finished products using work instructions and technical drawings
• Use hand tools and power tools like screwdrivers, drills, ratchets, and pallet jacks
• Inspect completed products to make sure they meet quality standards
• Report any product or material issues to team leaders
• Keep accurate work orders and daily production records
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
