As an Assembly Technician, you'll be hands-on, building real products with a team that takes pride in every unit that leaves our floor. This role requires the ability to work at elevated workstations and tables, reach across machinery, and perform tasks at varying heights. Candidates must be able to safely and consistently reach, lift, and operate within these work areas as part of regular job duties.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
Ability to read and understand job-related materials and perform basic math.
Proficient with manual and powered hand tools.
Comfortable with physically demanding tasks and working conditions.
Manual dexterity and specific vision abilities (close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment).
Stamina: Stand for long shifts.
Effective communication, basic math skills, and teamwork.
Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and address hazards.

Nice To Haves

Previous manufacturing and assembly experience preferred, not required.
Experience with hoist/crane operation is a plus.

Responsibilities

Build electrical transformers and components on an assembly line
Use basic hand tools and perform detailed, repetitive hand and finger work
Follow safety and quality procedures
Communicate with your team and leads to keep things running smoothly
Follow instructions to assemble core steel based on customer needs and company guidelines.
Install various parts onto coils, including steel pieces, padding, clips, and frames.
Ensure core and coil units are assembled accurately according to set standards and customer preferences.
Keep tools organized for smooth workflow.
Inspect transformer cores carefully to ensure they meet quality standards and size requirements.
Work well with team members and follow supervisor directions to meet production targets.
Prioritize safety, cleanliness, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
