About The Position
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Assembly Technicians for projects located in or around Bloomington, MN. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is up to $21/hour, based on experience and skill level. Requirements
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Ability to read blueprints/prints
- Basic understanding of wire schematics
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude
Responsibilities
- Performing basic assembly using hand and power tools
- Reading and interpreting blueprints/prints for accurate assembly
- Routing, fastening, and securing components according to specifications
- Follow wire schematics during assembly processes
- Complete quality checks to ensure production standards are met
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
