About The Position

We are seeking a dependable Assembly Technician to join our team for a Monday- Thursday 6a -4:30pm shift. This role involves assembling components according to specifications while maintaining quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment. This is an onsite, full-time position, located in our Liberty Lake, WA facility.

Requirements

  • Experience with hand tools and assembly equipment
  • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent eye-hand coordination and dexterity.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to consistently complete tasks on time while ensuring accuracy and quality expectations are met.
  • Ability to follow instructions, identify errors, and take corrective action as needed.
  • Ability and willingness to constructively apply feedback to improve performance and generate ideas to improve and promote quality in work.

Responsibilities

  • Perform various assembly tasks.
  • Work with equipment that utilizes magnetic components.
  • Ensure compliance with electrostatic discharge and cleanroom protocols.
  • Assemble products within established timeframes and quality standards.
  • Conduct visual inspections to ensure accurate insertion and placement of parts.
  • Maintain proper handling and marking of all assemblies and components.
  • Adhere to detailed work instructions and process documentation throughout assembly.
