Requirements
- Strong technical aptitude and understanding of manufacturing processes
- Vocational or technical education in related field
- Demonstrated ability to follow detailed procedures and maintain quality standards
- Problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
Responsibilities
- Execute standardized manufacturing and production processes with precision and attention to detail
- Perform basic maintenance procedures to ensure optimal equipment performance
- Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency
- Apply technical knowledge to maintain quality standards throughout the production process
