About The Position

Dynalectric Arizona offers a comprehensive range of electrical solutions, spanning planning, construction, installation, and integration of advanced electrical, controls, and telecommunications systems. We are looking for talented, motivated electrical and construction professionals to join our team. This role is specifically for an Assembly Technician in Mesa, Arizona, supporting Dynalectric-Arizona's new Fabrication space. The purpose of this role is to perform the final assembly of products before shipping, ensuring quality and identifying areas for improvement. The Assembly Technician will work closely with other production departments to maintain product quality and keep the assembly cell running smoothly.

Must have valid driver license/insurance and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and troubleshoot all equipment in the Assembly cell.
Follow detailed instructions and use various tools for assembly.
Manage detailed inventory and highlight any supply chain issues.
Select the correct details for the part being assembled.
Suggest better methods and tooling for the assembly process.
Manipulate products using lifting devices and automatic equipment.
Electronically document and track the status of work and finished product.
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and print specifications.
Test final assembly for proper fit-up and functioning.
Work closely with fabrication to improve part quality and ease of assembly.
Work closely with production control to understand production requirements.
Communicate effectively with team members and management.
Stay updated with the latest techniques and technologies applicable to equipment and role.
Stay up to date on new tooling, fixturing, and assembly practices.
Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills.
Perform regular maintenance on equipment in the cell.
Diagnose and resolve issues with equipment, and coordinate with management as required.
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines of Dynalectric and equipment fabrication.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Perform other duties as required.
Cross-train in other areas to help support production requirements.
