We’re building a workplace where employees are valued like family and rewarded for their hard work. This shift would be Friday through Sunday, 12 hour shifts. Get paid for 40 hours. Have a 4 day weekend!! The purpose of this position is to assemble large mechanical parts, pieces or products using a variety of tools and equipment according to required specifications in a specific area of the production floor.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • Solid math skills.
  • Use of a power tools.
  • Use of hand tools and measuring equipment.
  • Knowledge of overhead crane and forklift operation.
  • Previous experience with blueprint reading.
  • Problem Solving - Identifies and resolves issues in a timely manner.
  • Communication Skills – Speaks clearly, listens and receives clarification, respond to questions.
  • Dependability - Follows instructions, responds to management direction, and takes responsibility.

  • Must be able to frequently stoop/bend.
  • Must be able to regularly use hands and arms/reach overhead.
  • Must be able to regularly stand and walk.
  • Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to work up to 15 feet off the ground, to work inside of bins on units, to climb ladders on occasion.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision.

Nice To Haves

  • 1 – 2 yrs automotive mechanic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble large mechanical parts, pieces or products using a variety of tools and equipment according to required specifications in a specific area of the production floor.
  • Screws, nuts & bolts, rivets and other fasteners.
  • Plumbing PVC, galvanized, SS pipes and fittings.
  • Routing hydraulic, pneumatic, water hose/tube/pipe.
  • Assemble customer requested options.
  • Read blueprints, hydraulic and pneumatic schematics.
  • May be asked to assemble a specific part on a regular basis such as an auger, belt or shaft.
