We are seeking an Assembly Technician to support our manufacturing operations by performing precision assembly, hardware installation, and component repair. In this role, you’ll work closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to support daily manufacturing needs.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with assembly, mechanical, electrical, or aircraft structures.
  • Ability to use tech data and aircraft drawings to locate part numbers and accomplish repairs
  • Ability to read/write/speak/understand English
  • Candidates must qualify as a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee)

Responsibilities

  • Assemble components and manufactured products according to blueprints, work instructions, customer specifications, and quality standards
  • Install hardware including bushings, bearings, rivets, cotter pins, crimps, adhesives, and sealants as required
  • Perform cleaning, assembly, disassembly, repairs, and paint touch-ups throughout the production process
  • Use precision measuring tools and inspection equipment to verify product quality and dimensional accuracy
  • Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, specifications, and job travelers to determine assembly procedures
  • Inspect completed work and accurately document inspection results and production records
  • Operate hand tools, precision instruments, and assembly equipment safely and effectively
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and foreign object damage (FOD)-free work environment
  • Follow all company quality standards, customer requirements, safety procedures, and regulatory guidelines
  • Communicate effectively with team members and support overall production operations
