This role requires attention to detail, a strong commitment to safety, and the flexibility to support warehouse operations as needed to meet production and delivery schedules. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous work experience in assembly or the electrical or related field.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, repetitive production environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Willingness to work overtime as needed to meet customer delivery commitments.
Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.

Responsibilities

Assemble fabricated components, wiring, and subassemblies into finished products.
Calibrate, test, and inspect products to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
Use hand tools and follow established assembly procedures and work instructions.
Receive, pull, and cycle count inventory as assigned.
Package finished products according to customer orders and department standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Support warehouse operations during periods of lower assembly demand.
Meet production and delivery deadlines, including overtime when required.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
