Requirements

0–1 years of experience; no prior assembly experience required.
Ability to follow instructions, attention to detail, willingness to learn.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be a US citizen or authorized to work in the USA.

Nice To Haves

Experience with machining and cutting operations is essential.
Knowledge or 5S and lean manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform manufacturing operations, including assembly, machinery operation, processing, and packaging.
Operate black oxide line and conduct hardness checks on incoming parts to ensure quality standards are met.
Perform basic assembly operations and manual tasks.
Load and position parts for assembly.
Maintain cleanliness and follow safety guidelines.
Assist senior technicians with routine tasks.
