About The Position

This position requires current authorization to work in the United States. We are not currently offering visa sponsorship for this role. The Assembly Technician will document all materials and labor used to assemble products in GUI, on Assembly Setup sheets and/or LHR forms. They will use various types of equipment to construct custom-made medical devices according to approved customer specifications while maintaining high-quality standards. Ensuring all assembly activities comply with company safety policies and OSHA regulations, and attending safety training sessions are also key responsibilities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent which includes having the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
• Must consistently demonstrate the ability to follow Roberd’s Way Values.
• Must be highly organized due to the multitude of process steps and materials used.
• Ability to work well with others by communicating effectively and apply it to processes.
• Possesses basic computer skills to navigate Excel and Payroll software.
• Demonstrates a mindset of continuous growth.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language proficiently to ensure compliance with our ISO 13485 procedures.
• Demonstrated Competencies: Navigate GSS/ ERP efficiently, including but not limited to the ability to issue materials, and update work orders accurately.

Nice To Haves

• Any previous quality control and/or manufacturing experience is preferred.
• This position requires on-the-job training.
