Control Panels USA is seeking Assembly Technicians to join our growing team. Assembly Technicians will be laying out, assembling and wiring electrical control panels and relay racks. Requirements

• 2+ years of assembly or manufacturing experience
• High School Diploma / GED
• Seeking long-term position
• Attentive to details
• Produces high quality workmanship
• Efficient, loyal, courteous, respectful, positive attitude
• Great communication skills
• Successful completion of background check

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of electrical theory and/or electrical assembly is a plus, but we can teach this
• The ability to read schematics is a plus, but we can teach this

Responsibilities

• Assembling parts and components using hand and power tools.
• Cut and connect cables and/or wires to panels.
• Label wires and components as well as install tags and associated labels on the panel boxes.
• Install company name plates and any identification labels and/or tags.
• Measure parts to determine tolerances, using measuring instruments.
• Aid with inspecting, testing, point to point, adjusting and correcting issues found in testing to ensure units meet specifications, tolerances and customer requirements.
• Study and learn to read schematics in order to diagnose issues with drawings and functionality of the panels.
