Assembly Technicians build large equipment in a production manufacturing environment. The hands-on role involves assembling mechanical parts, wiring, hoses, hydraulics, and accessories using hand, power, and pneumatic tools. Technicians follow work instructions, basic blueprints, schematics, and Standard Work Instructions while working with an experienced production team. Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required; the role may suit candidates with construction, automotive, warehouse, general labor, or other hands-on experience. The position offers opportunities to learn mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic assembly, cross-train across production areas, and grow in the role. This is a full-time, direct-hire position, hiring primarily for second shift, paying $19–$20 per hour.
