Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 2+ years of experience in manufacturing assembly
  • 2+ years of experience reading blueprints, standard work instructions, bills of material, and precision measuring instruments

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate power tools to ensure precise assembly, prevent defects and minimize risk of injury
  • Performs a variety of functions following prescribed procedures in product assembly and testing.
  • Assemble components as required on time and according to quality specifications.
  • Identify improvement areas and effectively communicate ways to implement change.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of workstation and assist with entire department housekeeping.
  • High personal standards with regards to productivity, quality, and safety.
  • Willingness to learn multiple stations within the department.
  • Overtime and weekend hours may be assigned.
