About The Position

Conax Technologies is seeking mechanically inclined Assemblers to join their Team. The company is a stable and growing manufacturing company that produces compression seal fittings, temperature sensors, and custom solutions for various industries. The role involves building high-quality temperature sensors, compression seal fittings, and cable and harness assemblies. Teammates are expected to have a safety-first mentality, consistently follow established processes, quality standards, and delivery requirements, and work in a clean, comfortable environment that promotes positive working relationships, learning, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Able to meet or exceed expected job rates.
Passion and care for quality.
Must be able to pass a visual acuity (vision) test.
Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
Basic computer literacy.
Basic measurement skills.
Good communicator.
Positive "can do" attitude and willingness to learn.
Be safety conscious and responsible for appropriate personal ergonomics.
Have a strong desire to increase their understanding and application of lean principles.
Must be able to meet U.S. export control requirements (ITAR/EAR) to gain access to technical data.
Candidates must be eligible for employment in the U.S. and meet the requirements of ITAR.

Nice To Haves

Soldering and brazing.
Electronic assembly experience.
Previous cable harness assembly for aerospace.
Blueprint reading.
